SJSU has been notified that we may qualify for reimbursement of overpaid taxes through a lawsuit against Dell Computers (Mohan v. Dell Inc.)

A number of campus departments and employees last associated with particular Dell purchases have received class action notices. Some letters were sent to addresses both on and off campus. Claim letters can be identified by the words “SBE Settlement” centered across the top of the page and an SBE Claim Number in the upper left corner.

If you received or find one of these claim letters, please forward it to Valorie Gale, Contracts and Purchasing Services Manager, at extended zip 0047, so her office can respond on behalf of our campus.
