New Campus Copier Program Contact

Attention Campus Copier Program Participants:

We are happy to announce a new Campus Copier Program point of contact for your copier needs.Matt Snyder has recently joined us as the campus Property Coordinator.

Matt will be working with campus departments on inventory, tagging, surplus property, and the Campus Copier Program.  Matt is a recent SJSU graduate with a B.A. in Sociology and is well known on campus through his campus work experience and mentoring.  In addition, Matt brings extensive customer service and asset management experience from his time in retail store management.

Campus Copier Program – Pacific Office Automation (POA) Equipment Tagging

Attention Campus Copier Participants:

This message is only applicable to departments that have Konica Minolta copiers previously serviced by Caltronics (CPO).

Pacific Office Automation will be on campus on Friday, August 24th to complete the tagging of the copy machines with their new equipment/service IDs. Thus, please allow them to tag the applicable machines. If your department has any scheduled closures or if you have any questions, do contact the Campus Copier Program Coordinator at

Follow-Up to Caltronics (CPO) Pick Up of Supplies

Attention Campus Copier Program Participants:

Regarding yesterday’s announcement about Caltronics (CPO), the pickup of supplies only applies to machines that were serviced and supplies provided by them.  This does not apply to excess supplies provided by Pacific Office Automation or Standard Business Machines.
