Distribution Services Delivery/Pick Up Delay

In order to accommodate a schedule conflict in Distribution Services, some departments may experience a delay in their delivery/pick up services on May 23. Instead of the normal service window of 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., departments may receive services from Distribution Services between 1 p.m. to 4 p.m that day.  Normal delivery service will resume on Wednesday, May 24.  Incoming and pick up of shipments from the FedEx Dado Street facility will remain unchanged.

April Accounting Period Close

For employees who track or manage department budgets, please note that the month of April 2017 is now closed in CFS.

This means that the General Ledger (GL) system will not accept any more entries with an April journal date. April transactions can still be entered into the GL system, but the journal date must be 5/1/2017 or later. The current period open is May 2017.
