Your feedback is essential in shaping the future of your campus dining experience. By taking just a few minutes to complete our survey, you’ll be helping us improve dining on campus and you could also win an iPad!

Here’s what you need to know before starting the survey:

• It’s confidential. Your responses are completely anonymous. Individual data will never be shared.
• It’s quick. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
• Don’t wait. The deadline to participate is October 31st, but we encourage you to take it as soon as possible.
• Prize entry. To be eligible for the iPad drawing, please share your email at the end of the survey.
