As part of the CSU Chancellor’s Office Strategic Sourcing Initiative, new guidelines are being implemented on where HP and Xerox copier toners may be purchased. Please review the following requirements to ensure compliance:

For copiers not under the Campus Copier Program (CCP):

• HP and Xerox copier toners must be purchased from the supplier IRG through the CSUBUY Marketplace.
• IRG is a DVBE-certified supplier that provides genuine OEM ink and toner at CSU-negotiated prices.

For copiers under the Campus Copier Program (CCP):

• Toner, supplies, and services should be ordered directly through CCP.
• Please complete the CCP Supply Order & Service Request Form to place your order.

These changes are effective immediately. Thank you for your cooperation in supporting CSU’s cost-saving and vendor diversity initiatives.
