“As part of the Ed.D program, I was inspired by the amazing faculty members who I had the privilege of learning from along with my “coHEART-3″ members. My experience in this intimate doctoral program prepared me to be a thoughtful, compassionate, and protagonist leader. It sharpened my critical thinking skills related to issues of equity, access, and inclusion in regard to our complex educational system. It also affirmed and validated all the reasons why I chose to work in higher education. I am clearer on what I must do to help each of our students reach their full potential and academic goals!”
