Jason Laker is a Professor in the Department of Counselor Education and former Vice President for Student Affairs at SJSU, and Affiliated Researcher in the Center for Research & Education on Gender and Sexuality at San Francisco State University. Previously, Dr. Laker was the AVP/Dean for the Division of Student Affairs, Fellow in the Centre for Study of Democracy; and Gender Studies Faculty at Queen’s University at Kingston (Canada). He is one of 12 Associate Members inducted globally on the International Association of Universities and the only North American member on the European Training Foundation (a European Commission Agency) International Editorial Board.
