With many K-12 school districts beginning to announce their instructional plans for the Fall 2020 semester, we’ve had a number of parents and families contact the Lurie College of Education who are seeking to hire instructors for their child, children, or for multiple families for the semester.  In concert with the SJSU Career Center, we are advising these parents and families to post the job opportunities on Care.com, which offers of an array of services such as child care, tutoring, and more to enable families to find, manage and pay for care and provide employment opportunities for caregivers.  Care.com facilitates the process to ensure the safety and well-being of those seeking to employ and those seeking employment.  If these positions are of interest to you, you should be able to find some opportunities on that website!
