A new Employee Events page has been added to the MyWell-being menu on the University Personnel website. On this page you can find information about campus events for employees, including those hosted by UP, the MLK Library, Spartan Athletics, the Office of Sustainability, the Center for Faculty Development, SJSU’s Staff Council and more.

Tired of starting but not completing your New Year’s Resolutions? How about trying 31 Acts of Wellness to start off the year? We are entering the winter season, where we tend to fall out of our regular routines and give in to those holiday temptations. The 31 Acts of Wellness are small activities you can incorporate into your daily routine to help keep your mind focused and your body in good health and spirits.
To participate, complete one or more wellness activity each day. There are four different categories of wellness to choose from: Fitness, Nutrition, Well–being, and Community. Try completing them all!
