All San José State offices are closed on Monday, January 16 in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. No classes will be held. Regular business hours will resume on January 17.

Spring ’12 Payments Due Jan 17
Please view your account to see if you have any outstanding charges for Spring 2012.
If you see that you have a fee deferral in the right margin when logged into MySJSU > Student Center, you do not have to pay at this time and your classes are safe.

Spring ’12 Advance Registration Closed Jan 15
Advance Registration will be closed on Sunday, January 15 at 11:59 p.m.
No Registration activities will be allowed from Monday, January 16 to Tuesday, January 24.
Late registration will open on the first day of instruction, January 25.
Open Labs Scheduled for Finance Users
Finance User and Procurement/Accounts Payable Open Labs are available to assist employees in areas such as procurement policies and guidelines, entering a Requisition in FTS, running a PO Life Cycle Report in CFS, reviewing activity in Data Warehouse report, and navigating the Procurement/Accounts Payable website.
Open Labs have been scheduled on the following dates:
- Monday, Jan 9 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Clark Hall 503
- Friday, Jan 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Clark Hall 505
Employees in need of training to access the Finance systems (FTS, CFS, and Data Warehouse) should first contact the CMS Help Desk at cmshelp@sjsu.edu for assistance.
Spring ’12 Enrollment Limit Lifted to 18 Units
On Saturday, January 7, at 7:00 a.m., the Enrollment limit will be increased to 18 units for all students.
Students will be able to enroll for more classes if needed.
