Graduation Workshops

Students, Faculty and College Advisors Welcome

The Office of the Registrar once again will be holding 4 graduation workshops for undergraduate students during this semester.

These workshops will provide an overview of the graduation application process to our prospective graduating students.

Students, faculty and college advisors are welcome to attend!

Prerequisites to Attend

No RSVP is required, but there are some prerequisites. Students must:

  • Have earned at least 90 units
  • Be 2 semesters away from completing your degree requirements
  • Be in good academic standing

Fall ’14 Payments Due Sept 16

Check Your Account

If you have registered for your Fall 2014 classes, please view your MySJSU account to see if you have any outstanding charges. Failure to pay the balance due by September 16 will result in your being dropped from your classes.

Fall ’14 Late Registration Opens Aug 25

Late Registration

Late registration begins on the first day of instruction, at 7 am on Monday August 25, and ends at 11:59 pm on Friday, September 12. Students may register via MySJSU during this time.

Add/Drop Deadlines

  • Friday, September 5: Last day to drop a class without a ‘W’ grade
    —All ‘drops’ via MySJSU end at 11:59 pm
  • Friday, September 12: Last day to add classes
    —All ‘adds’ via MySJSU end at 11:59 pm

Fall ’14 Registration Will Be Closed Aug 21—24

Registration ClosedSJSU students in classroom

Fall 2014 Advance Registration on MySJSU will end at midnight on Wednesday, August 20.

Registration will be closed from Thursday, August 21 through Sunday, August 24.

You will not be able to add or drop classes during this time.

Late Registration

Late registration begins on the first day of instruction, Monday, August 25, and ends on Friday, September 12.
