Due to end of term’s grades processing December 24 through January 9, all transcript production will stop on Tuesday, December 23. Transcript production will resume on Friday, January 9.
In addition, we expect a high volume of Official Transcript Requests at the end of the semester, so our processing time may take longer.

All San José State offices are closed on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. No classes will be held.
Regular business hours will resume on Monday, December 1.
Final Payments DueThe final Fall 2014 payment due date is Friday, October 17. Please log onto MySJSU and verify that you do not have an outstanding balance.
If you see that you do have a balance due, please make your payment by the due date to avoid any negative consequences.
