Undergraduate Students
For all graduating seniors who plan to graduate in Summer 2013 or Fall 2013, The final deadline for Summer & Fall 2013 graduation applications is May 1. Submitting your application early before the deadline means you will receive your graduation worksheet prior to registering for your final term at SJSU! Get them in as soon as possible!
For those who already applied and received a graduation worksheet: if completing a different course than what was listed on your worksheet, you must submit a substitution form to your graduation evaluator prior to graduation.
Who is my Graduation Evaluator?
Your graduation worksheet has your Evaluator’s name. You can also check the Office of the Registrar’s Staff – Undergraduate Graduation Team.

What if we are graduating this spring but are waiting for our GPA to show that we have made the honors cut? When and where can we pick up our medallions in time for the ceremony? May 25th grades will be posted and our GPA will also be calculated.
