31 ACTS OF WELLNESS

Tired of starting but not completing your New Year’s Resolutions? How about trying 31 Acts of Wellness to start off the year? We are entering the winter season, where we tend to fall out of our regular routines and give in to those holiday temptations. The 31 Acts of Wellness are small activities you can incorporate into your daily routine to help keep your mind focused and your body in good health and spirits.

To participate, complete one or more wellness activity each day. There are four different categories of wellness to choose from: Fitness, Nutrition, Well–being, and Community. Try completing them all!

 

 

CSU’s Got Talent Online Training: Leading to the Next Normal Navigating Turbulent Times

The coronavirus pandemic has disrupted every facet of our lives. Organizations have made many short-term changes, some of which will lead to enduring
adaptations to how we work and live. The challenge for leaders is to make sense, instill meaning, create space, and craft places that enable people to thrive
in the “next normal.” In this interactive presentation, Eric McNulty will discuss how and why organizations should be ambitious and aspirational in times like
these.

CSU’s Got Talent Online Training: The 7 Types of Narcissism You Need to Know

Dr. Ramani Durvasula is on a mission to demystify and dismantle the toxic influence of narcissism on all of our lives. Narcissism is a personality pattern that impacts behavior, and can result in behavior that manifests as high conflict, antagonistic, and dysregulated. These patterns can impact a range of relationships including intimate, family, and workplace relationships. Although the term is often used, there can be a lack of clarity in what it means, and it can have varied presentations. Understanding the different “faces” of narcissistic personality styles can provide a framework for addressing and managing it in a range of settings. The focus of Dr. Durvasula’s clinical, academic and consultative work is the etiology and impact of narcissism and high-conflict, entitled, antagonistic personality styles on human relationships, mental health, and societal expectations.

Dr. Annie McKee will present a compelling argument for why happiness at work is good for us—and for our companies—too. Her presentation is backed by solid research, and is profoundly practical as well. Participants will gain new insights about how to use emotional intelligence to be better colleagues and managers, and how to build a positive culture in their teams. She will share techniques to take charge of your own happiness at work, find deeper meaning in what you do, focus on hope for the future, and build better, stronger relationships in the workplace.

CSU’s Got Talent Online Training: INDISTRACTABLE How to Control Your Attention and Choose Life
