Dr. Sandra Upton, Vice President of Global Diversity Practice with the Cultural Intelligence Center, will present “Cultural Intelligence as the Foundation to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” on Wednesday, September 29 from 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. PT.
Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is the capability to relate and work effectively in culturally diverse situations. Your CQ predicts your readiness for working and relating effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds. This webcast will explore what cultural intelligence is, why it matters at Cal State and strategies for improving your CQ. We will also discuss why it is the foundation to diversity, equity and inclusion.
