“I contacted the UP front desk to see if anyone could go into my office and see if my computer was still turned on. Connie was very responsive and said no problem let me contact Lok over in ADM and see if he can go in. Lok went in with Connie on the phone providing me updates of what is happening. Turns out my computer needed a lot of updates along with a restart. Lok sat in my office patiently waiting for my computer to finish updating. Of course, this had to happen on one of my work from home days. Connie informed me to try to log back in and see if the remote access is working. This is called teamwork and dedication in helping your colleagues out!”
