“Rosalina regularly goes above and beyond for her coworkers, answering questions and making herself available to assist others in her role as a UP representative. I was truly blown away, however, by Rosalina’s commitment to SJSU when she was asked at a job fair about having a representative from SJSU visit a Boys & Girls Club in the Bay Area to answer questions about applying to college. Despite this being far outside her job description, and instead of directing the person to someone else to get their questions answered, Rosalina found the information and not only sent it to the person, but also let them know to reach out to her again if they had any trouble getting a response. ”
