“Nancy is the first person you see when you enter the Child Development Center. She is always so friendly and welcoming. This morning I mentioned to her that there was a broken bottle by the curb in front of the center. She said when she had a chance she’€™d put her gloves on and clean it up and clean up the parking lot as well.
