“Stacy Gleixner has been a driving force behind SJSU’s efforts to meet Graduation Initiative 2025. Her leadership and vision have helped SJSU double its freshman 4-year graduation rate and significantly increase 6-year freshman and 2-year transfer graduation rates.

As just one example of her impact, she has changed the conversation around advising on campus and fostered a community of committed and informed advisors who work together to ensure that our students are getting the advising they need to be successful.
