MySJSU will be down Friday, February 21 at 6:00 p.m. until Monday, February 24 at 6:00 a.m.

The PeopleSoft HR/Student database (MySJSU), will be down for an upgrade from Friday, February 21 at 6:00 p.m. until Monday, February 24 at 6:00 a.m. During this time the MySJSU website will be available but you will not be able to log into the system.
When the system is available you will see the following changes:
  • Color and text changes in the menus and on pages
  • Change in location of the navigational breadcrumbs and a link to your favorites – they will appear above the Oracle logo as opposed to below it
  • Restored subquery functionality in the Query tool (for those that have access to create queries)
There are no other changes to the functionality or to the pages you have access to. However, if you have trouble finding something, or if something doesn’t appear to be working correctly, please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance ( / 408.924.1530).
