Hey Spartans, is stress affecting your academic performance? Is hook up culture fact or fiction? How often do you think college students drink alcohol? These are some questions that you can help us answer! Help make an impact by sharing your experience on the National College Health Assessment survey.
What is the National College Health Assessment?
The National College Health Assessment (NCHA) survey is a confidential opportunity for students at SJSU and across the country to share their behaviors, attitudes, and perceptions related to a broad range of relevant health topics like sleep, exercise, sexual health, and nutrition. This year, questions related to COVID-19 and basic needs are also included.
Information collected by the NCHA survey plays an important role in informing campus programs and services and provides valuable insight into the issues that impact our campus community.
How to Access the Survey
12,000 undergraduate and graduate students at SJSU were randomly selected to receive this survey, which takes about 20 – 30 minutes to complete. Those selected will receive an SJSU email notification from the SJSU Student Wellness Center <ncha-web@acha.org> with the title “SJSU Health Survey”.
The NCHA survey will be open on Thursday, March 11th and will close on Sunday, March 28th.
Win Prizes!
Students who complete the survey by Sunday, March 28th will be automatically entered in an opportunity drawing! This year, you have a chance to win one of 20 gift cards valued at $25 from the campus bookstore or a set of Apple AirPods Pro.
If you did not receive the survey link but wish to be entered in the Opportunity Drawing, email Anna Ang at anna.ang@sjsu.edu.
