Women in Business (WIB) is a pre-professional organization that seeks to break glass-ceiling boundaries in the business world. A club leader shared that “Women in Business is committed to providing a nurturing environment where our members can thrive and be better prepared for the workforce.” Members gain skills by attending professional development workshops, networking events, conferences, social events, and engaging in community outreach. Students in WIB are empowered to take the steps needed to reach their career goals! To learn more, follow WIB @sjsuwib or visit their website wibsjsu.com. Interested students can submit a membership application through their website, too.
Reformed University Fellowship has been an RSO at SJSU since 2016. Their purpose is to reach students for Christ and equip them to serve. Club members participate in Bible studies and social gatherings. Student leaders are proud to have created a “welcoming and thoughtful community.” Through events and meetings, students can grow in their faith in Christ and participate in real (and sometimes hard) conversations and share questions about God and the Bible. One member shared that RUF is committed to the Christian faith but also welcomes students from all backgrounds. Follow them @rufsjsu to learn more!
