“I would like to recognize Monica for all her hard work and dedication to our residents for the above and beyond work that she has been doing to ensure that are residents are kept safe. We has a current possible health issue (It was a reported pest issue that I would prefer not to say what the pest issue was in writing but can speak to someone about it if needed). Monica took the extra care to relay information to the residents, worked with the contractor and kept the residents affected (along with the staff) up to date information and status as to what was happening. She also followed up with the same residents to ensure that the health issue was contained. She took the extra care needed to coordinate and follow up with everyone involved.” –Anonymous
