Though she is my backup, I feel she is very competent and could easily move into a work lead if one became available. “Bob has photographed some of our events and he always does a great job. He also creates lots of posters we use for a Celebration of Research event every year. Even when he is super busy he makes sure that we get our posters in time and, if necessary, will work late to get them finished for us.
