“In a time of constant debate and change throughout the nation-wide Greek community, the presidents of fraternity chapters across the nation have been called upon to adapt their brothers to the new expectations society has asked of fraternities. Mark Williams, the current president of the Epsilon Theta Chapter of Sigma Chi at San Jose State University has done an exemplary job at maintaining his chapter’s presence and good reputation on campus for the past year. Williams has demonstrated superior skills in leadership and communication in responding to local and national issues, whereas others have not had such success.
