Advance Registration Period

Advance Registration for Fall 2014 is from 7 am on June 3 to 11:59 pm on August 20.

Enrollment Limit

For most students, enrollment for Fall 2014 is limited to a maximum of 16 units.

Graduating Seniors

Beginning on August 1, candidates for graduation may be able to register for additional units. You must have a Fall 2014 or Spring 2015 graduation application on file. No exceptions.

Check Your Account

If you have registered for Summer 2014 classes, please view your MySJSU account to see if you have any outstanding charges. Failure to pay the balance due by May 27 will result in your being dropped from your classes.

Financial Aid Deferrals

If you see that you have a Financial Aid fee deferral for the Summer Session (in the right margin when signed in to your MySJSU Student Center), you do not have to pay your registration fees at this time and your classes are safe.

When can I begin adding classes for Fall ’14?.

This semester, SJSU will be collecting the SOTE/SOLATE teaching evaluations completely online. The period designated for collecting ratings is Tuesday, April 29, 2014 –Tuesday, May 13, 2014.

*Students who complete ALL evaluations (for all courses) may access grades Wednesday, May 28, 2014.

*Students who DO NOT complete ALL evaluations (for all courses) get access on Wednesday, June 18, 2014.
