Poojitha Vaddey is studying Software Engineering at San José State University and is expected to graduate in 2021.
As an eCampus Student Assistant, Poojitha helps the staff, faculty, and students of SJSU in understanding and using new technologies while providing support to resolve technical issues. When she first began this job, Poojitha was excited to work on understanding the technology more in-depth and was glad to have a team who is always ready to lend a helping hand. Her favorite part of the job at eCampus is to exercise her ability to think critically and chase the problem to its root cause. And, it is also fun to interact with people across the university.
When asked about her future plans, Poojitha said, “As a software engineering student, I am enthusiastic about developing intelligent systems which make our lives easier and efficient. I want to further explore my passion in the field of machine learning by building better prediction models and working on cutting edge technologies like self-driving cars and image recognition.”
