Dr. Matthew Spangler’s play based on Khaled Hosseini’s novel The Kite Runner  opened in Boston over the weekend.  The Boston Globe’s preview coverage emphasizes the importance of the play’s messages about the human spirit, and the newspaper’s review calls the play “a compassionate, deeply moving, event-packed journey across eras, cultures, national boundaries, and the emotional terrain of tumultuous lives.” Congratulations to Dr. Spangler for another successful opening!
