On Wednesday, March 20, 2013, the Palestinian American Research Center notified Journalism Professor Dr. Diana Stover that she was among the 10 to 12 U.S. faculty members selected to participate in a 12-day seminar for American faculty who have an interest in, but limited travel experience in Palestine.
The opportunity will take place in mid May 2013, and have Jerusalem-based activities that include lectures, workshops, and visits to local universities and other related institutions in the West Bank.
Through these activities, participants learn about the region, deepen their knowledge of their particular fields of interest as they relate to Palestine, and build relationships with Palestinian academic colleagues.
The students, faculty and staff of the School of Journalism and Mass Communications proudly congratulate Dr. Diana Stover on being selected to represent San Jose State University.
