DaLat University President Nguyen Duc Hoa singed a memorandum of understanding with San José State University to be a partner with the Social Work Education Enhancement Program, bringing the total Vietnamese universities involved to eight. The university is located in the central highlands of Vietnam and is one of three new partners.
