SJSU Housing Demand Survey

The future of our university’s vitality is tied to our long-term ability to address our faculty and staff’s housing needs and attract and retain talent in a competitive jobs and housing market. As the university is working on a housing project one-block away from campus to house faculty and staff, the Alquist Redevelopment, all faculty and staff are invited to contribute input to a survey that will ask about current housing needs and future housing expectations. Employee responses will directly shape how SJSU accommodates Spartans for years to come.

Please complete the survey by Sunday, September 11, 2022.

CSU’s Got Talent Online Webcast Training: Breakthrough Mindset: Using the Power of Focus to Create Peak Performance – Wednesday, July 27

Join us as guest expert Mike Goldman, leadership team coach and author, presents “Leadership and Coaching: Breakthrough Mindset: Using the Power of Focus to Create Peak Performance” on Wednesday, July 27 from 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. PT.

The biggest obstacle in the way of our personal and professional success and fulfillment is between our ears. When times are challenging, our emotions go on autopilot and we create disempowering actions and habits. Simply shifting our focus will change our reality and our results. These days the key to gaining a strategic advantage is not about a new product or service. Improving employee engagement is not about an employee of the month program. The key to both of those things is having the right mindset. In this session, learn why changing your focus can change your life.

People experiencing a mental health crisis have a new way to reach out for help in the U.S. they can simply call or text the numbers 9-8-8.

Modeled after 911, the new three-digit 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is designed to be a memorable and quick number that connects people who are suicidal or in any other mental health crisis to a trained mental health professional.
