“I’d like to recognize Jane Wang as a Spartan stepping beyond. Our IT support was not available, and I needed help a number of times in the office. Jane, whose job function is not IT support, stepped up to help me with the software applications, replacing my keyboard, and giving me other computer tips. She generously shared her time, knowledge and skills in helping me to get my computer working properly so that I can complete my tasks in good time.
