Nguyen, Ngoc and Orozco, Cathy (Parking Services) are Stepping Beyond

“Two alumni stopped me at a recent event to share how impressed they were by the service of two Parking Services team members in helping them with a parking issue. Cathy Orozco talked with them for about an hour to troubleshoot and then eventually connected them with Ngoc Nguyen’s voicemail. Despite being at an offsite meeting, Ngoc called them before the end of the day and helped them resolve the issue.”
