“Since the Fall 19 term began, we have been down three staff. Susan has stepped up to the plate and to process work for her co-workers where needed. She has been especially helpful in processing the tasks done by the recorder who is on leave. No matter what I have given to her to do during this time, she has taken and gotten it done!
