Stephen Kwan (2012 Salzburg Fellow and Professor – Management Information Systems) has been appointed to serve as Interim Associate Dean of the Lucas Graduate School of Business, effective July 1, 2013.  In announcing the appointment, David Steele (2010 Salzburg Fellow and Dean – College of Business) emphasized that Steve brings a wealth of experience to this position based on his service as a former Associate Dean, former Department Chair, and current COB Director of Online Program Development.  A 6-time recipient of the IBM Faculty Award, Steve is the co-author of a forthcoming book examining Global Perspective on Service Science and has been the keynote speaker at 9 conferences, including 6 international conferences.  He is also a member of several external committees, including the Committee on Education – American National Standards Institute (ANSI); and a Board Member of the American Red Cross Blood Services – Northern California Region.  Contact Steve directly for more information.
