William Armaline

Assistant Professor, Justice Studies
Director, Human Rights Program

“We want to be part of the next generation of solutions.”

Human trafficking. Poverty. Prison overcrowding. Hunger. Indentured servitude. These human rights problems don’t exist only in other places around the world. The Bay Area is home to these and other human rights challenges. Armaline and students in SJSU’s Human Rights Program directly engage in solving our community’s social problems. First offered in 2012, the minor is the only program of its kind in the CSU and one of only a few in the state.
