Official Transcripts Temporarily Unavailable

No Transcripts Dec 23—Jan 9

Due to end of term’s grades processing December 24 through January 9, all transcript production will stop on Tuesday, December 23. Transcript production will resume on Friday, January 9.

In addition, we expect a high volume of Official Transcript Requests at the end of the semester, so our processing time may take longer.

Winter ’15 Payments Due Dec 15

If you have registered for your Winter Session 2015 classes, please log into MySJSU and view your account to see if you have any outstanding charges.

Payment Due Date

Winter Session 2015 payments are due by Monday, December 15. Failure to pay balance due will result in your being dropped from your classes.

Spring ’15 Payments Due Dec 14

If you have registered for your Spring 2015 classes, please log into MySJSU and view your account to see if you have any outstanding charges.

Payment Due Date

The Spring 2015 payment due date is Sunday, December 14. If you have a balance due (and you do not have a fee deferral), failure to meet the payment deadline will result in your being dropped from your classes.

Financial Aid Deferrals

If you see that you have a Financial Aid fee deferral for the Spring semester (in the right margin when signed in to your MySJSU Student Center), you do not have to pay your registration fees at this time and your classes are safe.

Spring ’15 Enrollment Limited to 16 Units

16 Unit Limit (Most Students)

For most students, enrollment for Spring 2015 is limited to a maximum of 16 units.

18 Unit Limit (Graduating Students Only)

Graduating seniors will be eligible to register for up to 18 units without a petition on Monday, January 5. Note: Your graduation application must be on file with the Office of the Registrar on or before Monday, November 3, 2014.

21 Unit Limit (with Excess Units Petition)

Note: The excess unit petition is only available for students with a Spring or Fall 2015 graduation application on file. For exceptions, please read your MySJSU message sent out in mid-October.

For graduating seniors wanting to take more than 18 units, excess unit petitions will be available on Wednesday, January 7 at Office of the Registrar’s Forms.  The maximum units allowed, with petition, is 21 units.
