Spring’12 Late Registration Deadlines
Important Deadlines:
- Jan 25-Feb 13: Spring 2012 Late Registration began on Wednesday, January 25 and will end on Monday, February 13 at 11:59 pm.
- Feb 6: The last day to drop without a ‘W’ grade is Monday, February 6.
- Feb 13: The last day to add is Monday, February 13.

FIN008 Finance Data Warehouse Training Scheduled
FIN008 CSU Finance Data Warehouse training sessions have been scheduled (as listed below). If you currently run Cognos Financial reports, you need to take this training. Cognos Financial reports will not be updated after June 30, 2012 and will only be usable for archived data after this fiscal year.
Pre-enrollment in these sessions is required at least 2 business days prior to the class session so we can create your access in the database. Drop-in students will not be allowed. If you do not have access to CFS, bring a signed System Access Request (pdf) form to your training session.

Petitions for Excess of 18 Units Begin Jan 25
Late registration opens on Wed, Jan 25 – the first day of instruction for the Spring 2012 term.
If you need to enroll in more than 18 units, please complete and submit a Petition for Excess Units (pdf) form.
The Office of the Registrar will accept these forms from the first day of instruction (Wed, Jan 25) through the last day to add classes (Tues, Sept 13).
Spring ’12 Enrollment Limit Lifted to 18 Units
On Saturday, January 7, at 7:00 a.m., the Enrollment limit will be increased to 18 units for all students.
Students will be able to enroll for more classes if needed.
