Benefits Open Enrollment starts September 10!

 

The annual Benefits Open Enrollment for SJSU employees is being held September 10 through October 5, 2012. All changes made during open enrollment will be effective January 1, 2013.

Open Enrollment is your opportunity to make changes to your benefit plans. During this period, you may:

  • Enroll in or change a health or dental plan
  • Add or delete dependents
  • Enroll or cancel FlexCash
  • Enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (HCRA/DCRA)

Note: If you are currently participating in either of the flexible spending account plans (HCRA/DCRA) and wish to continue for tax year 2013, you must re-enroll during open enrollment.

Open Labs for HCM 9.0 HR Processing – Updated!

Update Mar 28: The session scheduled for Thursday, March 29 has been cancelled.

Three open labs have been scheduled to help you with your Human Resources processes in the new HCM 9.0 environment (HSJPRD). Qualified trainers will be on hand to assist you with absence management, time and labor, recruitment, etc.

All labs will be held in Clark Hall 503 (the small CMS Training Room). No registration is required. Dates and times are below:

  • Tuesday, March 27:  1:30 pm – 4:00 pm
  • Wednesday, March 28:  9:00 am – 11:30 am
  • Thursday, March 29:  1:30 pm – 4:00 pm – this session cancelled
