Students, Faculty and College Advisors Welcome

The Office of the Registrar once again will be holding 4 graduation workshops for undergraduate students during this semester.

These workshops will provide an overview of the graduation application process to our prospective graduating students.

Students, faculty and college advisors are welcome to attend!

Prerequisites to Attend

No RSVP is required, but there are some prerequisites. Students must:

  • Have earned at least 90 units
  • Be 2 semesters away from completing your degree requirements
  • Be in good academic standing

Graduating in Summer or Fall of 2013?

Fall and Summer Graduation Undergraduate Students

For all graduating seniors who plan to graduate in Summer 2013 or Fall 2013, The final deadline for Summer & Fall 2013 graduation applications is May 1. Submitting your application early before the deadline means you will receive your graduation worksheet prior to registering for your final term at SJSU! Get them in as soon as possible!

For those who already applied and received a graduation worksheet: if completing a different course than what was listed on your worksheet, you must submit a substitution form to your graduation evaluator prior to graduation.

Who is my Graduation Evaluator?

Your graduation worksheet has your Evaluator’s name. You can also check the Office of the Registrar’s Staff – Undergraduate Graduation Team.
