The final Fall 2014 payment due date is Monday, March 16. Please log onto MySJSU and verify that you do not have an outstanding balance.

If you see that you do have a balance due, please make your payment by the due date to avoid any negative consequences.

Graduation Workshops for Undergraduate Students

SJSU 2013 Commencement CeremonyStudents, Faculty and College Advisors Welcome!

The Office of the Registrar has scheduled 4 graduation workshops for undergraduate students during this semester.

These workshops will provide an overview of the graduation application process to our prospective graduating students.

Students, faculty and college advisors are welcome to attend!

Prerequisites to Attend

No RSVP is required, but there are some prerequisites. Students must:

  • Have earned at least 90 units
  • Be 2 semesters away from completing your degree requirements
  • Be in good academic standing

If you have registered for your Spring 2015 classes, please log into MySJSU and view your account to see if you have any outstanding charges.

Payment Due Date

The Spring 2015 payment due date is Friday, February 13. If you have a balance due. Failure to meet the payment deadline will result in your being dropped from your classes.

Spring ’15 Late Registration Opens Jan 22

Late registration begins on the first day of instruction, at 7 am on Thursday, January 22, and ends at 11:59 pm on Tuesday, February 10. Students may register via MySJSU during this time.

Add/Drop Deadlines

  • Tuesday, February 3: Last day to drop a class without a ‘W’ grade
    —All ‘drops’ via MySJSU end at 11:59 pm
  • Tuesday, February 10: Last day to add classes
    —All ‘adds’ via MySJSU end at 11:59 pm
