New Look & Feel

IT Services has launched an update to the my.sjsu.edu website today.  The enhancements to this site have been made after feedback from the campus community to improve user experience.  The goal of the new page is to be a gateway page to applications, information and self-help technical assistance.  One of the major changes was moving SJSU’s applications to the top for faster access to these services.  The content on the page has been streamlined so students, faculty and staff can find the content faster and easier.

We are asking for participation in a brief survey in regards to the changes to the website.

Online Payment Page Unavailable – July 18

The “Pay Now” and “Payment Plans and Account Services” buttons will be unavailable from 10:00AM to approximately 3:00PM on Friday, July 18 to allow for enrollment cancellation for those students enrolled in Fall 2014 classes who failed to pay by the July 17 payment deadline.  Please contact the Bursar’s Office at bursar@sjsu.edu should you have any questions.

Fall 2014 Payment Due Date – July 17

Please view your MySJSU account to see if you have any outstanding charges for Fall 2014. Failure to pay the balance due by July 17 will result in your being dropped from your classes. If you see that you have a Financial Aid fee deferral for the Fall 2014 semester in the right margin when logged into MySJSU>Student Center, you do not have to pay your registration fees at this time and your classes are safe.
