MySJSU/HSJPRD is back online after last weekend’s major upgrade. Sign in now and take a look around! Please note that you should clear your browser cache before signing in. You may be required to validate the certificate once you click the sign in button. This is normal when we bring an upgraded site back online.
As a reminder, the majority of you can sign in with your SJSUOne ID and password. Alumni, along with SLIS faculty members, should use your old MySJSU IDs and passwords. See My Password/Sign In Help for details.
Updated user guides and quick steps have been posted to help you navigate the updated system. Additional tutorials are being developed so check back over the next few weeks for more updates.
If you experience any difficulty signing in, are missing pages you used to see, or discover any errors, please contact the CMS Help Desk with the details (email@example.com / 408-924-1530).
We appreciate your patience as we worked through the upgrade process.
A major upgrade to MySJSU/HSJPRD is coming in March and you need to be aware of the following information:
- You will be unable to log into MySJSU/HSJPRD between 5:00 p.m. Thursday, March 1 and the morning of March 6 (exact time to be determined)
- You will see a new version of the MySJSU website on Friday, March 2 but will be unable to log in until the morning of March 6
- On March 6 you will notice a new look and feel to the system; tutorials will be available to assist you
When the system comes back online you will be able to log in using your SJSUOne ID and password. If you have not yet done so, see Activate Account to activate your SJSUOne Account. You will need your 9-digit SJSU ID (Tower ID), your birth date and your mailing address.
Several hands-off overview sessions have been scheduled and are intended to give you a glimpse at the new version of the software. You will learn about new features and changes to existing functionality including the new self service absence management pages. This course is not required but regular users of MySJSU/HSJPRD are encouraged to attend.
This week’s sessions are full but there are plenty of seats in the sessions next week. You MUST register to attend; the sessions are not walk-in. Log into MySJSU/HSJPRD to view session dates and times and to enroll. Search for Course Code HCM999. See Search for a Course and Enroll in a Session for assistance.
Please contact the CMS Help Desk (firstname.lastname@example.org / 408-924-1530) if you have any questions.
MySJSU (PeopleSoft HSJPRD) and CFS (Common Financial Systems) are back online. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
Please view your account to see if you have any outstanding charges for Spring 2012. If you see that you have a fee deferral in the right margin when logged into MySJSU>Student Center, you do not have to pay at this time and your classes are safe. The Bursar’s Office can be reached at email@example.com should you have any questions.
Open labs for grading assistance have been scheduled. Open labs are informal sessions where qualified trainers are available to assist faculty members with entering grade information into MySJSU/PeopleSoft.
