The New MySJSU Sign-In Page
Since the upgrade I cannot log into my.sjsu.edu; however I can log in to faculty main and canvas course sites? What is the problem and how can I remedy?
Hi Steven, MySJSU was not available over the weekend while our technicians implemented the database upgrade. The system is once again available this Monday morning. Please try logging in again. If you still have difficulty, please contact the IT Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
