Each March, we celebrate the benefits of international education and cultural exchange through a series of events we call Global Spartan Month (GSM). There are many ways to participate in GSM, from attending events that get you to make connections with people from around the world, to learning more about opportunities to study in another country, to participating in workshops that will help you broaden your global mindset. Our biggest event is our GSM Fair.

Join us at the Student Union West Patio stage from 12:00-1:00 PM to enjoy entertainment by student groups.

- 12:30 PM. Sammy the Spartan learns salsa!
- 12:35 PM. Take a photo with Sammy the Spartan!
Complete a GSM Fair Passport & Win a Prize!
- Get a GSM Fair Passport. You can start at any table. Just ask for a passport or see a volunteer.
- Visit tables and collect stamps from 3 different areas. Areas include:
- Cultural Culinary Corner (WHISK, NuFS Club, Spartan Eats, CHEW, and Spartan Pantry)
- Language & Culture Tables: Learn everyday greetings, numbers, or how to write in a different script.
- Student Organizations & Campus Resources
- Vote for your favorite photo in our Photo Contest
- Opportunities Abroad: Learn about ways you can study abroad.
- Play Global Games
- Share your thoughts in our Spartans Around the World station
- Turn in your completed Fair Passport at the Passport Station (near the arch) and claim your prize!
