“Kim has been amazing. I am a relatively new employee, and Kim has been supportive, informative, collegial, and unfailingly kind as I have started my journey here at SJSU. On top of the support she has given me, she has also been functioning in her own role (department finance) while having taken on the responsibilities of a coworker who was unexpectedly put on medical leave. She has carried both full time jobs with grace and persistence while continuing to advocate for her coworkers when needed.
