Tomaszewski, Stacy R.J. (Library) is Stepping Beyond

“I encountered a big problem when the Library went through some database changes. My entire Lynda.com account and professional development history was lost (I was in the middle of a four-hour software training). I tried troubleshooting on my own and reaching out to Lynda.com and was told to go visit my library administrator. It was suggested I reach out to Stacy (and I am so glad I did). She was persistent, kind, and proactive in communicating during the two to three weeks it took to resolve my issue. Particularly during moments when it looked like my account history would not be recovered. Stacy was great at putting information together from Lynda.com and their engineers in order to troubleshoot and find a solution. My account history was recovered and made available to me.
