“Andrew Meneses and Joel Crowley stepped beyond when they willingly took on the task of processing the almost-3-hours-late US mail in record time on August 25, 2016. This enabled the Distribution Services department to still meet our daily delivery goal even though the mail had arrived late to process for the morning delivery.
