“Ricardo Gonzalez Espinoza and Christopher Colbert stepped beyond when they took on the seemingly impossible task of distributing the almost-3-hours-late US mail to the campus community on August 25, 2016. This enabled the Distribution Services department to still meet our daily delivery goal even though the mail had arrived late to process for the morning delivery. Ricardo and Christopher consolidated five routes into two and shared the responsibility of getting the mail out to every campus department.” — Sonja Bowsky
