“Mike went above and beyond when we needed to send an all-employee email at the last minute, actually setting the process in motion from off-campus while waiting for an appointment. This is not uncommon for Mike, as he regularly goes out of his way to assist with things at the last minute. We do our best to plan ahead but sometimes things happen at the last minute that are out of our control. It’s reassuring to know Mike is there and will do whatever he can to help.
